It doesn't have to be about feelings about more of a mindset. It is a matter or saying whether the glass is half full or half empty. Or whether you want to say it's neither. It's glass with lipstick on it and the lady who udrank from it had a cracked lip. That's looking deeper, if you want to look. Of course you can look deep into yourself and confront your demons and see who you are and son. It works too.

But if you are bored and have nothing to do , just look at the old lady who comes in the evening to clear the old papers and rubbish and wonder what her life is like. It will most likely make you feel sad because you pity her and she's old and she has to clear other people's rubbish to support herself because her family has abandoned her and so on. Then you look at yourself . When you have done so, you will live your life a little different, and even appreciate it more.
